If you need technology assistance, please email helpdesk@mtstcharles.org.

When sending your email:

• Subject Line – Write a short description of the problem.
  • Example: “Cannot log into the MSC Portal/Blackbaud”
• Email Body – Provide details about the issue.
  • Include: student name (if applicable) and any error messages.

Once your email is received, our helpdesk system will create a ticket, and the technology department will follow up with you.
